Meet the InBalance team

CHIROPRACTOR, OWNER

I began my journey into Chiropractic after shadowing in a clinic where I was able to meet, firsthand, many patients who had incredible stories of transformation in all aspects of their health. I was exposed to the results patients were getting both young and old, and could not believe the impact that Chiropractic care was having on the function of their bodies, their energy, and their overall happiness! I was sold!

I made the decision that I needed to dedicate my life to helping people achieve wellness and happiness through this natural, safe, and drug-free art of healing.

I attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. With a mission and a purpose to become a wellness expert, I graduated in 2014, Summa Cum Laude, with a 4.0 GPA and was elected valedictorian of my graduating class. Along the way, I invested in a great deal of supplemental education including advanced education in Clinical Neurology.

I maintain an interest in continued education and training and am always striving to improve my knowledge and technique so that I may better serve my patients and my community. I began my practice in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and continually work to improve InBalance Chiropractic in order to bring better care and patient service to this great city.

The first time I saw a chiropractor was in high school when I woke up one morning with severe neck pain and couldn’t turn my head. That day I also had a cross-country race, so I was desperate to find a solution. Luckily I was able to make an appointment with a chiropractor who not only helped me with my neck pain but worked with me to improve my biomechanics and allowed me to be a more efficient runner!

I continued to see a chiropractor throughout my university track and cross-country career with the U of S Huskies to keep my body in alignment and allow my nervous system to function at its fullest potential. This allowed me to stay healthy and compete at a high level and be a part of a national record-breaking track team that was inducted into the Saskatoon Sports Hall of Fame in 2018.

Most recently chiropractic helped me throughout my two pregnancies to keep my spine and pelvis in balance so I could have two completely natural home births. I now have two beautiful daughters who have had chiropractic care since birth to keep the spine and nervous systems healthy so they can live to their full potential.

I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Kinesiology with great distinction in 2007. I then pursued my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated in 2011 summa cum laude and have been in practice in Saskatoon since then. Chiropractic has contributed immensely to my family’s health and well-being and this has inspired me to be a chiropractor and help others families achieve vibrant health. I love helping entire families live to their fullest potential and embrace the wellness lifestyle.
